The PLS network is a cluster of servers that include the same information as found in many MLS systems worldwide. All information contained herein is either a.) Legally licensed from the MLS source(s) and is repurposed here as is or b.) is a residential or commercial broker and as the law reads, the listings belong to them. For Sale By Owner properties including time shares, vacation rentals and other property including but not necessarily limited to land, 1031 exchange, recreational property, hunt clubs are identified by the international PLS FSBO icon. No information is obtained illegally and at no time is any information scraped from any MLS service including Realtor.com.
All real estate information posted on Kayyah and the 6,000 plus worldwide PLS network of affiliates are deemed reliable but no warranty is made as to the accuracy thereof. All dimensions including square footage, acreage, lot size and room dimensions are approximate and must be independently verified by the buyer before engaging into any real estate transaction. Seller, listing agent, listing broker or the individual owners that post their real estate on any PLS network make no warranties as to the accuracy of these numbers. This service and any other PLS related real estate advertising service is subject to errors, omissions, change of price and other conditions may apply prior to the actual sale, including but not limited to listing with drawl, cancellation or sale to another individual or entity without notice to you.
Kayyah does not receive a finders fee, referral or kickback from the sale of any home listed on the PLS network from any brokerage, title or mortgage company. Exceptions where this is allowed includes Spain and other countries where the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) does not apply.
At no time will Kayyah, the Voyager International parent company or any PLS affiliate be held liable for any damages resulting from any buyer that may engage into any transaction with any one or any entity that uses the Kayyah or the PLS network to advertise their real estate listings. Buyer will assume all responsibilities and obligations for performing due diligence on any property transaction advertised on Kayyah before engaging into a purchase agreement. If you cannot agree to these terms you are instructed to leave this site.

How We Use Your Personal Information
Voyager International collects your information in order to record and support your participation in the activities you select. If you order a product that is to be electronically downloaded, for example, the information is used to register your license and rights, if any, to technical support, upgrade discounts, or other benefits that may be made available to registered users. If you enter a contest, information is collected to qualify the entry and contact you regarding the contest or prize awards. The information that you provide is also used as part of our effort to keep you informed about product upgrades, special offers, and other products and services of Voyager International and selected third parties.
Personal Information Withholding Request
Voyager International respects that you have a choice in how Voyager International can collect and use your personal information collected on this site.
